What Are Favourites?
Favourites is a dedicated space in Vaarta where you can pin your most important contacts
and group chats. Instead of scrolling through your entire chat list, your favourite
conversations appear at the top, making it faster than ever to reach the people who
matter most.
How to Add Favourites
Adding someone to your Favourites is simple:
- From Chat List: Long press on any chat and select "Add to Favourites".
- From Contact Info: Open a chat, tap on the contact name, and toggle the Favourite option.
- Quick Star: Swipe right on any chat to quickly star it as a favourite.
Organize Your Favourites
You can add up to 10 contacts or groups to your Favourites. Arrange them in any order you
prefer by dragging and dropping. Your Favourites sync across all your devices, so your
important contacts are always accessible whether you're on your phone or using Vaarta Web.
Quick Actions
Favourites come with quick action buttons that let you:
- Start a Chat: Tap once to open the conversation instantly.
- Make a Call: Long press to see call options - voice or video.
- View Profile: Access their profile and shared media quickly.
Privacy First
Your Favourites list is completely private. Only you can see who you've added to your
Favourites - the other person won't be notified or know they're on your list. It's your
personal shortcut to the conversations that matter.
